Sailor Stories

This book contains a collection of stories and events that occurred on the USS Constellation CV-64 in the 80’s and as told through the eyes of Sailor Oscar Malone. Oscar’s high school counselor had a lot to do with his decision to join the Navy. Through his Navy life, Oscar discovers his true self, his sense of direction and his leadership abilities that has shaped his career.

As a country boy growing up in Michigan, Oscar had no sense of direction for a career, until his high school guidance counselor, Dave Hunt, brought him face-to-face with the Navy Recruiter, Kevin Nash.
